Stunt work isn’t just about taking hits or doing dangerous tricks. It’s built on consistency, control, and repeatable movement — the same fundamentals that make performers reliable, safe, and employable across live shows, tours, and media work.

“I worked with Charles on a demo fight scene and from start to finish the process was great. We were able to come up with the story, the shot list, blocking, and even filmed it all within just a few hours! He understands the process and works with you to achieve your vision.”

“I wanted to add a specific type of clip to my action acting reel. I worked with Charles on a fight scene project and the clips I got from it were great! I really enjoyed his collaborative and fun process.”

“I’d been working in live theatre for years but didn’t have any camera material of my fight scenes. After working with Charles I now have multiple great cinematic demo scenes I can use for my reel!”

Velocity Arts is not a traditional martial arts school. Training focuses on stunt-inspired fight choreography, performance conditioning, and controlled combat movement designed for performing artists. The work draws from multiple disciplines, but everything is taught in service of performance — not belts, competitions, or sport
No prior experience is required. Our classes are suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide personalized guidance to help you progress at your own pace.
For your first session, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Clothing should be form fitting, and not too baggy or oversized.
Because training is tailored to the group, and performance-focused, spots are limited. Most participants begin by attending an audition workshop or scheduling a brief conversation before invitations are extended to the 6-week cohort.
